Visit from Wildemann Kindergarten
As part of the preschool weeks at Clausthal University of Technology, we welcomed a kindergarten class from the Wildemann daycare center to IMEL.
In the Lagerstätten lecture hall, the children attended an engaging and age-appropriate “lecture” on the topic of marketing and advertising. Together, they explored how advertising works, why products are designed to be colorful, and how companies try to capture the attention of even young children.
Afterward, the young guests got creative themselves: Together, the children designed their own giant promotional poster for their daycare center. With lots of enthusiasm, creative ideas, and great curiosity, they produced some fantastic results.
We were particularly delighted by the support of Sarah Sarvestani and Ndèye Awa Sarr, who enthusiastically accompanied us throughout the morning.
We would also like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the Family Services Office at Clausthal University of Technology, especially Kirsten Wiemker, for coordinating and organizing this successful visit.
We are thrilled by the children’s keen interest and hope that they will remember this visit for a long time to come.
