Commentary on provisions for energy regulation

Prof. Weyer presents commentaries on provisions for the energy regulation in the Energy Industry Act (EnWG) and the Metering Point Operation Act (MsbG) in Beck's comprehensive online commentary on energy law (BeckOGK Energierecht). Commentaries on Sections 32 and 33 EnWG and Sections 76 and 77 MsbG have now been published. BeckOGK Energierecht continues the former Berlin Commentary on Energy Law with the scientific depth and detail of a comprehensive commentary in electronic form. It is being gradually developed since 2024.
