Lecture and workshop at the "Participation Management Day 2025" in Hamburg

Lucas Kirste from the Chair of Management Accounting gave a presentation and workshop at the "Tag der Beteiligungsverwaltung" in Hamburg on February 13, 2025.

 

On February 12 & 13, 2025, the "Day of Investment Management" took place for the ninth time at the Hamburg Chamber of Crafts.

As part of a presentation, Lucas Kirste gave insights into his research work and presented results on the quality of sustainability reporting in the Hamburg investment portfolio. Initial implications for practice were derived from the findings and the results were then discussed.

Together with co-speakers Viviane Pfennig (HGV) and Robert Gerardi (Hamburg Finance Authority), a materiality analysis was also carried out in part using the example of a fictitious municipal utility as part of the "Investment management and sustainability" workshop.

The "Participation Management Day" once again offered an exciting format for exchange and diverse discussions with those responsible for participation management and public companies.
